No. Woodland Fairy Acres does not charge
Handling Fees. Only the applicable Shipping Charges
are added to Customer Orders.
Please
note that depending upon the size of the Customer’s Order, Multiple Shipping
Boxes may
be required to fully transport the ordered Merchandise. In such
cases, all Shipping Boxes within
a Multiple-Box Order will leave our facility together.
However, each Box will have its own
allocated Tracking Number. This provides
the Customer with a way to Track their Order on a
Box-by-Box basis.

large Wedding Favor, Shower Favor, Corporate & Holiday Gift, Party &
Special Event
Orders etc., please contact us directly via e-mail at CustomerService@WoodlandFairyAcres.com.
Our normal 2-3 business day turnaround for the Processing of Customer
Orders will not apply
in these Cases and will be determined on the basis of each Customer Order.
WHAT
IS THE EXPECTED TRANSIT TIME FOR FEDEX STANDARD
GROUND DELIVERY SERVICE?
According to the Guarantee provided to Woodland
Fairy Acres by FedEx, transit time for their
Standard Ground Delivery
Service is 1-5 business days in the continental United States. Please
note that depending upon the size of the Customer’s Order, Multiple
Shipping Boxes may be
required to fully transport the ordered Merchandise. In such cases,
all Shipping Boxes within a
Multiple-Box Order will leave our facility together.
WHAT
SHIPPING METHODS DOES WOODLAND FAIRY ACRES
OFFER ITS CUSTOMERS?
Woodland Fairy Acres ships Exclusively with FedEx.
For standard shipping of Customer Orders,
we use FedEx Standard Ground Delivery Service. Please refer to the
Shipping Rate Chart
for
applicable FedEx Standard Ground shipping costs. For Customers who
require expedited
shipping of their Orders, Woodland Fairy Acres offers several FedEx Express
Delivery Services (Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day). Please contact us

to receive a Quote for the particular FedEx Express Delivery Service required.
HOW
ARE SHIPPING CHARGES CALCULATED ON AN ORDER?
Shipping Charges are determined by the Total

Order, prior to any Special Discounts.

guarantees that all Customers will receive Full Delivery of their Multiple-Box
Orders no
later than 5 business days from the date the Orders are processed and
shipped from our facility.
In most cases, all
Shipped Boxes will arrive together on the same day. In rare
cases, the Shipped
Boxes will arrive separately on separate days, at the discretion
of FedEx.
WILL
CUSTOMERS HAVE THE ABILITY TO
TRACK THEIR ORDERS?
Yes. Every Shipping Confirmation e-mailed
to Customers contains the Tracking Number(s)
particular to that Customer’s Order. All Customers may log
on to the FedEx website
(www.fedex.com) and use their Tracking Number(s) to locate their Orders.
WILL
CUSTOMERS BE NOTIFIED WHEN THEIR ORDERS HAVE
SHIPPED?
Yes. All Customers are e-mailed a Shipping
Confirmation as soon as their Orders have left our
facility.
DOES
WOODLAND FAIRY ACRES SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
Woodland Fairy Acres currently ships to Destinations
within the continental United States, only.
We regret that we are unable to ship to Alaska & Hawaii, U.S. Territories
& International addresses,
at this time. In addition, we are unable to accept P.O. Boxes &
Military APO/FPO addresses as
shipment destinations within the continental United States.
HOW
DOES WOODLAND FAIRY ACRES DEFINE "BUSINESS DAYS"?
Woodland Fairy Acres defines “Business
Days” as Monday through Friday of any given week, excluding Holidays.
All Customer Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are
shipped within 2-3 business days of our Receipt of the Orders.
