 HOW DO CUSTOMERS FINALIZE THEIR SECURE ONLINE ORDERS?

 Once the Customer has Proceeded to Checkout, where their Order Summary has been Totalled
 and their Customer Information has been submitted, the Customer is taken to the “Review Order”  webpage where they will have the Opportunity to review their Order prior to finalizing it.  The
 Customer’s Order is not finalized until they Click the “Place Order” Button.
 HOW CAN CUSTOMERS MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

 The simplest way for the Customer to Modify or Cancel their Order is to contact Woodland Fairy
 Acres prior to our shipping the Customer’s Order.  All Customers may contact us via e-mail at
 CustomerService@WoodlandFairyAcres.com.  Once the Customer’s Merchandise has left our pro-
 cessing facility, we are unable to halt the Merchandise Shipment.  Therefore, in order for us to pro-
 cess the Modification or Cancellation, once the Customer is in receipt of their Order, they are en-
 couraged to immediately Return the unopened Shipping Box(es) to Woodland Fairy Acres, prepaid
 and insured.  Should the Customer refuse delivery of the already Shipped Merchandise, they will be
 charged all applicable Return Shipping Costs associated with the refusal.
 Woodland Fairy Acres will proceed with the Modification or Cancellation, as specified by the Cus-
 tomer, upon our receipt of the Returned Merchandise.  Please note that under these Circumstances,
 we will be unable to Refund the original Shipping Costs charged to the Customer.  In addition,
 should the Merchandise be returned to Woodland Fairy Acres damaged, we will be unable to Refund
 any Charges associated with the Customer's Order (including original Shipping Costs).
 DOES WOODLAND FAIRY ACRES CHARGE SALES TAX?

 No.  As our Floral Scone Mix and Floral, Tea-Infused & Holiday Marshmallow Mix Products
 are Exempt food items, Woodland Fairy Acres does not charge Sales Tax.
 WILL CUSTOMERS BE PROVIDED WITH AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

 Yes.  All Customers are e-mailed an Order Confirmation within 24 hours of our Receipt of their
 Orders.
 WILL CUSTOMERS BE NOTIFIED OF DELAYS RELATED TO THE
 PROCESSING OF THEIR ORDERS?


 Yes.  Although delays in processing Customer Orders are rare, Woodland Fairy Acres will e-mail
 their Customers of any unexpected Processing Delays.  Without such Notification, Customers
 may expect their Orders to be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of our Receipt of
 the Orders.
 DOES WOODLAND FAIRY ACRES HAVE ANY BILLING REQUIREMENTS?

 At the present time, Woodland Fairy Acres only bills to addresses within the continental United
 States, Alaska and Hawaii.  We ask that our Customers enter their Billing Information exactly as
 it appears on their Credit Card Statement.  We also ask that our Customers enter their Credit Card
 Information exactly as it appears on their Credit Card.  All Customer Orders are Subject to Verifi-
 cation.  Any possible Errors reflected in the Information provided by our Customers, may create a
 Delay in the processing of our Customer Orders.
 WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED BY WOODLAND FAIRY
 ACRES FOR SECURE ONLINE ORDERS?


 Woodland Fairy Acres accepts the following Major Credit Cards:  Visa and Mastercard.
 We regret that we are unable to accept Cash, Checks or Money Orders.
 Woodland Fairy Acres neither encourages nor accepts E-mail Orders from our Customers.
 E-mail is not an Encrypted form of communication and, is therefore, not considered a Secure
 Method of transmitting Personally Identifiable Information.

 For large Wedding Favor, Shower Favor, Corporate & Holiday Gift, Party & Special Event
 Orders etc., please contact us directly via e-mail at CustomerService@WoodlandFairyAcres.com.
 A Non-Refundable 20% Deposit is required for all Customer Orders of 10 or more Floral Scone
 Mix and Floral, Tea-Infused & Holiday Marshmallow Mix Products.  Our normal 2-3 business
 day turnaround for the Processing of Customer Orders will not apply in these Cases and will be
 determined on the basis of each Customer Order.

 Woodland Fairy Acres is a Specialty Foods Manufacturer & Internet Retailer.  We do not currently
 have a Retail Shoppe location.  There are several ways to order Woodland Fairy Acres’ Floral Scone
