Our Floral Scone Mix Product Line was developed
from the Old World Tradition of using Flowers in
Food, a Tradition which has all but been lost in most parts of the World
for over a Century and a Half.
The 22 Floral Scone Mixes belong to 5 Distinctive Gourmet Gift Collections:
Sweet Briar Rose, Coun-
try French Lavender, Bouquet des
Fleurs Orange Blossom, Lady Chantrey Violet, and White Jasmine
Flower. We add our own unique twist to the Old World Tradition of
using Flowers in Food. We use
beautifully flavored Floral ingredients in the form of Culinary Floral
Syrups and Flower Waters, which
are lovingly and meticulously produced by Award-Winning and Highly-Respected
French Artisans.
We
expanded upon this Old World Tradition of using Flowers in Food by developing
our Floral & Tea-
Infused Marshmallow Mix Product Line. The 12 Marshmallow Mixes belong
to 2 Distinctive Gourmet
Gift Collections: The Fairy Fluffs Collection of Floral Marshmallow
Mixes and The Fairy Fluffs Col-
lection of Tea-Infused Marshmallow Mixes. With this new Product
Line came an expanded repertoire
of Floral ingredients to include an additional French Floral Syrup, as
well as a number of Floral Tea
Blends. But, we didn't stop there... We added our own unique
twist to the Sung Dynasty Tea Tradition
of drinking finely ground Tea Powder, a Tradition which showed a notable
disappearance throughout
Asia after the late 13th Century. A leading importer of the World's
Finest Teas, our Award-Winning Master Tea Blender from North America custom
crafts our Floral, Spice and Fruit Tea Blends. We
transform these blends into finely ground Tea Powders to create our Tea-Infused
Marshmallow Mixes.
"The
Mistletoe Fairy's Peppermint Kiss" Holiday Marshmallow Mix was developed
in honor of a
Century's Old American Tradition of crafting Peppermint-flavored Confections.
This beautifully fla-
vored Gourmet Gift is the first in a succession of Products to be created
especially for The Fairy Fluffs
Collection of Holiday Marshmallow Mixes. Flavored with French Peppermint
Syrup produced by one
of our Award-Winning and Highly-Respected Artisans, this Holiday Marshmallow
Mix is offered every
calendar year between November 1st and December 10th.
